- 1–2 days: 25% of new food
- 3–4 days: 50% of new food
- 5-6 days: 75% of new food

We do not add any chemical preservatives (BHA, ethoxyquin, sorbic acid, benzoic acid, etc.) during the manufacturing process.
However, there is a possibility that trace amounts of preservatives are naturally derived through the food chain of raw materials, but this is a very small amount that is far below 150ppm, which is in the range of acceptable criteria under the control of livestock and fish feed act's standard. (*ppm: parts per million)
According to control of livestock and fish feed act, we Indigo Paw only produce products that are not just safe for kittens but also for adults cats as well.
In addition, we thoroughly inpect residual of pesticides, toxin, and Salmonella to manage the best quality.
All of Indigo's products are made with ingredients that meet the nutritional standards of the Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO), so please feel free to feed it.
Seal it and store it in a cool place, avoiding moisture and direct sunlight.
Please feed your pet as soon as possible.
Switching pet food abruptly can cause your pets a stomach upsets or they may refuse to eat it.
Any time you decide to change your pet’s food, you should transition to the new diet gradually in order to give your pet’s system time to adjust to the change.
We recommend that the transition should happen over a week or two to mix it with pet's current food and gradually increase the proportion of new food to help your pets getting used to it.
Recommendation of daily feed amount can vary depending on the weight, age, health condition, living environment, and activity of pets. Please refer to the guidelines on the back of each package for the general recommended feeding guidelines, and if there is anything special, please decide the amount after consulting with your veterinarian.
Indigo pet food will begin to expire 18 months from the date of manufacture.
You can check the manufacturing date and expiration date on the back of the package.
We recommended to provide dog food to dogs and cat food to cats.

Long-term use of unsuitable food can lead to nutritional imbalances.
